What is it?

The MLA Research Panel is a biannual political perception audit conducted by Stratagem and Savanta ComRes, a specialist London-based polling and research organisation, which can help inform organisations about how MLAs view their organisation or campaign.

How does it work?

The MLA Research Panel runs twice a year. The fieldwork is completed within four weeks, with MLAs completing either online or hardcopy surveys. A full report interpreting the responses, broken down by the respondents’ community designation, political party, region, date of birth and gender, can be presented to your board or it can be used to inform your engagement strategy and benchmark your public affairs activities.

What are the benefits?

  • Benchmark your organisation or sector reputation among MLAs.
  • Assess political perception of upcoming ideas or policies.
  • Test whether your ideas are effectively reaching the corridors of Stormont.
  • Analyse how strongly individual political parties are engaging with your issue.

How can I register my interests?

The MLA Research Panel runs twice a year. Our next wave will take place after the Assembly election but we are taking bookings now. We would advise reserving your slot early, so as to avoid disappointment.
