Sarah King

An expert in property and planning, Sarah leads our award-winning team who recently collected the Public Affairs Award 2017 for Planning Campaign of the Year.  Established and well-respected within the property industry, she provides strategic advice and hands-on engagement to a range of house builders and developers at the local, regional and national level, including Bellway, Barratt Homes, Prologis and Essential Living. Sarah also provides senior counsel to public affairs clients, particularly in the areas of housing, planning, and outsourcing.

In 2014 she was elected as a councillor on Southwark Council, representing South Camberwell.
