Danielle Winters

Danielle works with clients across the voluntary and private sector, delivering high quality monitoring as well as supporting an All Party Group in the NI Assembly. Key issues of interest include the cancer strategy, health service transformation and changes to the regulatory environment in relation to the UK exit from the EU.

Prior to joining Stratagem in 2020, Danielle was employed in the financial sector, providing her with insights into potential impacts on the global financial market.

She holds an MA in Global Security and Border from Queen’s University Belfast, focusing on the effects of Brexit and the Withdrawal Agreement on Northern Ireland. This also includes cross-border issues, immigration and security policy.
