Cris Cloyd

Prior to joining Stratagem, Cris worked in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector with an organisation delivering support and services to people within Northern Ireland’s criminal justice system. In this role she was responsible for developing innovative policy solutions, strategic planning, and crisis communications.

A native of Oregon, Cris worked in local government in the United States, holding various roles including four years as Chief of Staff for a State Representative before moving to NI. She also served as a Campaign Manager during several local elections.

Current client work includes working with organisations in the corporate, environmental and community and voluntary sectors, assisting clients with a wide range of issues and using her experience across sectors and in different political contexts.

An engaging and experienced individual, Cris is passionate about supporting communities and organisations achieve their policy objectives.
